At Mood Enhancer by Ujwala Foods, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, we follow an 8-day return policy for both discounted and non-discounted products purchased through our website.We want you to be completely satisfied with every product you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns within 8 days from the date the product is delivered, subject to the following conditions:
Return Conditions
All items must be returned in their original condition along with:Original packaging/boxOriginal invoice/sales receiptProducts purchased from any retail store, outlet, or third-party retailer cannot be returned through our online return service.Products returned without original packaging or in damaged condition will not be accepted.If any product or item is missing from the return parcel, the product’s MRP will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Once we receive the returned shipment, our team will inspect the products to verify their condition.The inspection process may take up to 8 working days from the date we receive the parcel.After successful verification, we will issue:

Customers are required to bear the return shipping charges while sending the parcel back to us.
Refund Policy
Customers can initiate a refund request within 7–8 days from the date of delivery.Once the returned product is received and approved by Ujwala Foods:Refunds will be processed within 48 hoursThe refund amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method or issued as store credit, as applicable.In case of an exchange request, the replacement product will be shipped to the customer’s registered address after approval.
